Course particpants have had the great opportunity to do work palcements at Ayers Rock Resort and in their communities.
At Ayers Rock Resort course participants worked as porters, landscapers, housekeepers and office workers at the various locations around the resort.
Clothing has been supplied by Complete Personnel so students could be dressed appropriately for the dfferent jobs and a day was spent with Ali Vidal preparing for the work placements and discussing employment opportunities and the support that the Resort gives to new employees.
Valerie our facilitator and mentor, drove participants there and supported them throughout their time at the Resort. What a great job!
May has seen participants finalise their resumes and identify jobs from the Jobs Board with Libby from Complete Personnel, jobs that they might be interested in applying fort. We have then set up practice role plays both face to face and online so the panel is diverse
and asks differetn questions..some of which the applicant has prepared.
